Welcome to Revamply. By accessing or using our AI Visibility services, website, or any related platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Revamply provides AI Visibility optimization services, including but not limited to:

• AI Search Optimization (AISO) for platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview
• Voice AI and smart assistant optimization
• AI content strategy and syndication
• AI reputation monitoring and management
• Knowledge graph and entity optimization
• Emerging AI platform strategies

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that could harm our Services or other users
• Not attempt to manipulate AI platforms in ways that violate their terms of service

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing plans are detailed on our Pricing page. By subscribing to our Services:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Payments are due at the beginning of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to proprietary AI Visibility methodologies, software, analytics tools, and reports, are owned by Revamply and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Services without explicit written permission.

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive to improve your AI visibility, results may vary based on factors including:

• AI platform algorithm changes beyond our control
• Industry competition and market conditions
• Quality and completeness of information provided by you
• Time required for AI systems to process and reflect changes

We do not guarantee specific rankings or placement in AI-generated responses, but we do guarantee measurable improvement efforts as outlined in your service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business data, and strategic insights as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law. This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revamply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Upon termination, you will receive final reports and data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
